Sing I've been staying here for 5 days and have received excellent service. The employee working here, named.sing, is doing a great job.
Clean, nicely redecorated and reasonably priced. The new owners are pleasant. In addition to the normal sized rooms. They have a few larger family sized rooms.
Stayed here with family had no issues nice price for a huge room with flat screen friendly owners and great location right on wenatchee avenue
i was worried about staying here with my family at first, just because ive never been here and ive never heard of this inn, but we came in the lobby and the management was very nice, very quick and honest booking and the beds were great, everything is very clean for what is probably an older building, we had no problem with neighbors or staff, only helpful, smiling people, i will be more than happy to stay here again, and i recommend it to anyone, and yes the manager has an accent,,, so what, some of you must live under a rock or are just rude to begin with, anyways, stay here, it may not look the best outside but the inside is nice and comforting, honestly one of the best nights ive slept since we started the tour across country :) and wenatchee is beautiful!!!!
The rooms are not that great but the staff made up for it. Great service they're willing to work with you on about about anything. The pool is very clean.
Was reserved for 2 queen bed, it turn out they gave us 1 king bed, the room is very cold, gotta wsit for 2-3 hours to reach room temperature.
Very nice view of snow clad mountains from our room. Unexpected surprise was our room which was bigger than anticipated. Tv was 43 inch Samsung which is also very nice. We went in December 2017 and heater was extremely well that we didn't notice of outside sub zero temperatures. Payless experience more.
For your average 2 star motel, I'm giving this 4. Theyy're under new management and in the process of redoing the rooms. Mine was all new hardwood floors and comfy beds. Definitely worth the money for a popular Summer destination.
No pets allowed... I am a Dog lover. Great New Management. Nice and friendly maid server's. Wonderful continental breakfast, great coffee. Hasselfree wi-fi.
